Structured Warm-up

  • 8min clock:
  • 15 Pike ups
  • 5 Knee hop to tuck jump
  • 30sec Wall facing handstand hold
  • 5 Empty bar thrusters


  • A. Build to a 3 Rep Max
  • B. 3x10 @ 75% of 3RM

Partner Kalsu

  •  100 Thrusters For Time (60/40kg)
  • EMOM - 5 Burpees
  • * 1 partner works at a time, alternating each minute until the 100 reps are done. 
  • ** Start each minute with 5 Burpees before continuing where your partner left off
