  • 5 Scap Press-ups +5 Scap Pull-ups
  • Hold the top position for 10 seconds each time
  • Check your partners points of performance CONSTANTLY.

Strict HSPU

5 sets of 5-8 reps 

Add deficit to HSPU if you are able.
