Ido Plank Hold

  • 10 x 20 seconds work per athlete.
  • The rest period is the time it takes to switch roles and for your partner to do their 20 seconds work. 
  • Check your partner CONSTANTLY while he/she is working.

Wall-facing Handstand Hold

  • 5 x up to 1 minute hold. 
  • Check your partners points of performance CONSTANTLY.
