'MURPH'

For time:

  • Run 1 mile
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Press-ups
  • 300 Squats
  • Run 1 mile
  • * You may cut the reps in half if you want a lower volume session.
  • * You may partition the pull-ups, press-ups, & squats as you want. Doing 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 press-ups, 15 squats is a common way of breaking it up.

Circle Train (instead of Murph if you prefer)

10 down to 1 reps of:

  • Power Clean
  • Weighted Ring Dip
  • Legless Rope Climb
