Clean + Jerk

  • A. 20mins to Max in 2+1 
  • B. 3sets of 3+2 @ 80% 
  • * For all sets, drop & reset between cleans

Strength Bias Option

  • Touch & Go Power Clean 
  • 12min EMOM:
  • 4 Rounds of  3, 4, 5reps
  • * Use 70% of Max from above for ALL sets 

WOD Option

  • For Time:
  • Row 500m
  • 30 Push Jerks (45/30kg)
  • 25 Hang Squat Cleans (45/30kg)
  • 20 Bar Hop Burpees
