Before I started CrossFit I spent all my time racing motorbikes. I raced in the National Superstock Cup and needed to stay fit to perform at my best on the track. I found I actually loved strength and conditioning I was doing for racing. When racing came to an end I still continued to train but missed the competition that racing gave me.
Luckily I found CrossFit and I've never looked at training the same way since.
