Foundations Classes

If you are new to CrossFit get booked in for one of our Free Taster Sessions. After the taster if you’re keen to join the CM2 community either of the monthly memberships OR one of the options below will give you access to our Foundations classes to learn the ropes. Starting with Foundations is strongly advised unless you're confident with all the movements.

Why do I need foundations?

We want you to get the best start possible at CM2. Starting out by learning all the movements in our Foundations Classes will set you up for longterm success. These classes have fewer students than our mainstream classes which means you'll get lots of coaching attention. In Foundations we focus on taking you through a series of progressions that make each movement easier to learn and help you understand the points of performance and bio-mechanics needed for each exercise. This process will help you pick up the techniques and weed out any bad habits right from the get-go. Foundations also serves to to develop a relationship your coaches. We want to get to know you and your goals so we can provide individual advice on how to approach your training.
