Spend an hour guided by one of our coaches and experience what it's like to train at CM2. Whether you're training regularly already or just getting
started we want to get to know you and will tailor the session to your needs. The session is suitable for ANY ability level and lasts an hour.
Our regular Free Taster Sessions are on Saturday & Sunday at 10am. Please choose a date below and enter your details. If the weekend doesn't suit you, then you can attend one of our Foundations (beginners) Sessions instead. These are on Tuesday or Thursday from 8 til 9pm. If you would prefer this option please e-mail Rob@crossfitcm2.com and I will book you in.
