Foundations

If you are new to CrossFit get booked in for one of our Free Taster Sessions. After the taster if you’re keen to join the CM2 community you will need to complete our Foundations requirement by completing one of the options below. This is required before attending our mainstream classes. Why do I need Foundations?

Personal Training

Is there a particular physical skill or movement you'd would like to develop? Personal training is the fastest way to make improvements in technique, work-capacity, and skill. Our experienced coaches will carefully select drills and tailor the stimulus of each session to optimize progress towards your specific goals. Having an experienced trainer scrutinize your movement and provide feedback and will help eliminate inefficient movement patterns and develop consistently great technique.
