Select one of the membership options below. Payment is by monthly direct-debit on the first of each calendar month. The initial month will be charged pro-rata. Both options provide access to all our CrossFit, Gymnastic Strength, Olympic Lifting, & Foundations Classes.

If you are new to CrossFit get booked in for one of our Free Taster Sessions. After the taster if you’re keen to join the CM2 community either of the monthly memberships above OR one of the options below will give you access to our Foundations classes to learn the ropes. Starting with Foundations is strongly advised unless you're confident with all the movements.  Why do I need Foundations?

Personal Training

Is there a particular physical skill or movement you'd would like to develop? Personal training is the fastest way to make develop technique and progress your skills. Our experienced coaches will carefully select drills and tailor the stimulus of each session to optimize progress towards your specific goals. Having an experienced trainer scrutinise your movement and provide feedback and will help eliminate inefficient movement patterns and develop consistency.
