  • B) Alternating DB Snatch

  • D) Burpee Pull up 
  • E) Ski 
  • F) Double Under
  • G) Ball Slam 

Weightlifting (5, 6, 7 & 8pm)

  • " Snatch Focus"

  • 1. Snatch Pull + Muscle Snatch + Pause OHS (2s in bottom position)
  • - 8mins on 2+2+2 - Light Weight / up to 50%
  •  
  • 2. Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Snatch
  • - 8mins on 1+1+1 - Moderate Weight / up to 70% 
  •  
  • 3. Snatch 
  • 22mins to complete:
