Partner Workout (All Classes)

  • 40min AMRAP:
  • 2000m Row 
  • 50 DB Hang Cleans (22.5/15kg)
  • 50 Burpees 
  • 1mile Run
  • 50 Box Jump Overs (Clear 20")
  • 50 T2B
  •  
  • Rules:
  • - Perform Burpees & T2B as Synchro 
  • - Run together
  • - Split the work for Row, DB Hang Cleans & Box Jump Overs however you wish.

Weightlifting (5,6,7 & 8pm)

  • 1. Snatch DL + Snatch Pull + Snatch 
  • 12mins on 1+1+1 up to 70%
  •  
  • 2. Snatch 
  • A. 15mins to Max in Doubles (build from 70% / weight reached on complex above)
  • B. 10mins to complete:
  • - 1x3 
  • - 1x4 
  • - 1x5 
  • * For Part B, you pick the weights - ALL additional sets should still feel challenging but... no misses!
