These female-only sessions focus on the fundamental movements of CrossFit, favouring the mastery of the basics over delving into the more technical areas of gymnastics and olympic lifting. Using kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight movements we will provide you with a fully programmed and coached CrossFit session that will leave you feeling thoroughly worked and ready to face the day after the school run! Our trainers will provide demonstrations of every movement so you can see how it’s done and they’ll help you adjust the programming to your ability so you get a great workout regardless of fitness or ability. These sessions do not require you to complete the Foundations Course before starting.
FormatThese sessions are led by one of our CrossFit Certified trainers and are limited to 10 people which allows for a fun group environment but with plenty of time for 1-to-1 coaching to ensure you get the most out of your workout and achieve the fitness and body composition goals you have.
