This 60 minute high intensity conditioning class is for everyone. Shed body fat using the Ski Erg, Air Assault Bike, Rowing Machine as well as simple body-weight and kettlebell exercises. You do NOT need to complete our Foundations Course to participate in this class. The low complexity of the exercises will allow you to keep the tempo high and target fat loss while developing both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. This session is lead by one of our experienced instructors who will ensure you're moving efficiently and that you get a great sweaty workout everytime. Our WindTunnel concept is far superior to the typical stationary bike based group sessions offered at most commercial gyms because the variety of movement stimulates more muscle groups allowing for higher intensity and faster results.
